Dear Sir,
I have availed a personal loan of Rs.70000/- from ICICI Bank and i have paid 17 installments regularly @ 2033/- per month and due to my health problem I could not make further payment and in the year 2007 the account was settled by me for paying Rs.52,000/-. After various mails and vigorous follow up with the bank, the bank issued a NOC for the above loan. I have requested the bank to update the status(settled) of my one loan in CIBIL. Still my status in CIBIL showing as outstanding for the above loan.
Request you to intervene in the matter and help me.
