I used it many times.
But i was not able to use it in last month and now when i insert sim card i get Sim registration Failed.
with the same i Contacted Aircel Customer Care ,they told me to submit my documents to Aircel Gallery in Nerul.
but when i went their i came to know by the gallery representative that sim is Permanently Deactivated.
And the reason said was i didn’t used it for 1 month.
So when i re contacted Customer Care,they said u will not get the same mobile no again.
But according to Terms&Conditions of Aircel (mentioned in User Manual) it is only said that user has to recharge of Rs200 minimum every Six Months,
which is agreed and satisfied by me.
So please request you to put your attention in it.
