I have booked Penta T-Pad IS-701R with a pre booking Ref No. PENT0039849. As per the instruction from Pantel Technologies I have deposited Rs 3500/ at Panjab National Bank, Velachery, Chennai Branch on 09.05.2012 & Pantel confirmed the payment receipt through email on 14.05.2012 as follows –
“Please note that we have received your payment deposited into our Punjab National Bank Account. Thank you for showing interest in our Penta T-Pad product range.
Mode Of Payment : Cash
Payment Date : 5/9/2012
Amount Recived : Rs. 3500
We are processing your order and your product will be dispatched very soon. You will receive an email from our side when the product is dispatched.
After dispatch (through M/s Gati) it takes 24-96 working hours for deliveries to happen (depending upon transit time).”
Further to remainder mails, they replied on 30.05.2012 & mentioned that “Thank you for contacting Pantel Technologies. We started dispatching from our side and we will dispatch your T-PAD very soon, through our contracted courier service provider M/s GATI Limited Or DTDC .we apologize for the inconvenience”. More remainder mails also sent, last mail sent by me to Penta on 15th Jun’12 as follows “Despite reminder mail, i am yet to get product even after a month after payment. Your company telephone numbers are never being answered. Have tried several times to reach in phone and sent many mail but all efforts are in vain. Please treat this mail as urgent action point and do deliver product with in couple of days. The actual deliver commitment by penta ( T-Pad IS701R) was 72hrs and i have waited for more than a month.” there is no reply from them. all the emails are sent to Pantel Technologies , [email protected].
Since ther is no sign of delivery of the T Pad even after one month of my payment I rerquest consumer forum to intervene the matter for an immediate delivey of the T Pad.
