Name of company/service: PayTm Online Recharge Site
On 4th Feb I have done a recharge to my Reliance Number from PayTm site, but did not received any balance in my cell.
I confirmed with the Reliance Customer Care about the recharge, and they have told me that recharge was not successful.
I sent multiple mails to PayTm support team and raised many tickets to look for this problem and refund my money, but did not receive even a single response from them.
Following are the Order no. for which recharge was not successful –
71520566 (Recharge 150)
71519703 (Recharge Tariff 69)
Also, there is no Helpline number, so that I can call and raise my concern.
I don’t know what to do when they are not responding at all.
Hence raised the concern here.
