Name of company/service: Home Shop18
I have booked a Symphony Cooler from Home Shop18 but due to the delay in product I have put a request to refund the money and cancel my order in the evening they shipped the product to my address. I booked this on 16th of June and paid through HDFC Credit Report. After one product come to me via courrier but I have refuged that then I got a call to convence but I have requested to refund they told me that me that we will process the refund. I have received a call from HS legal team and they confirmed me that we will refund the money when product will be with us. Now product is with the company and I have not received the money till date. I requested you to please help me as this is fraud company and not giving the money back giving me the promise to refund only. I need the proper action on this. Please it was an amount of Rs./5695. Always I am calling but not getting money back.
