i had book flat in feb2011 in CASA RIO VOLGA 806,I PAID 20% AMOUNT TO BUILDER AND I HAD LOAN FROM LIC home loan of 19 lakh my loan sancioned by them and i paid registry amount to builder on 4th june.now bank has to pay the payment to builder uptill now no payment is made from bank.they give reasons of builder fault.builder is charging interstat18%day ,now builder is asking for payments and bank delaying and asking to pay.
