Name of company/service: Airtel
I made the Payment for My Airtel Bill (9535499883) on 24th May 2012 online, On 1st June 2012 When I checked My Bill Status it was showing as Unpaid Amount. I logged a complain on 1st June 2012 and given all the bank references to the Customer Care but They always have one answer that they cannot Track the Payment and I need to submit my bank statement. After Contacting Bank they Gave me the unique references number which is common for Bank and the Airtel. After that also Airtel says they Cannot Track the Payment and they are saying the same old story for submitting the Bank Statement. Please take this complain and do the needful. As it can happen to everyone.
