Sir i booked DTH connection of Dish TV by HDFC Credit card online. i booked and token no 15324 is given to me on 10 Jun 12.
the installation will be done within 24 hours but after 100 hours i did not able to get any call and e mail from them. as money will be deduced from my bank i already mailed with bank statement of hdfc bank to the customercare of disk tv on 12 Jun 12 and 13 jun 12. the message i got that within 24 hours u will get revert email but the same will not be received after 48 hours. when i call and give the token no they told me that is fault no. i want to raise a complaint they denied for the same and complaint no is not given to me. i my statement it is cleary seen that dish tv claim for the payment i got transaction id from the hdfc bank. myid is 010596. please accord as priority
