Payment is not updated in MY Post paid Account

Hi,

This is to inform you that I am having a Tata INDICOM (Now DOCOMO CDMA) no which was using from more than 4 years as a post paid costumer. No complain no issues…
Recently DOCOMO is lunched new plan 899 in GSM, for universal unlimited. I asked CDMA customer care is available in CDMA or not? got confirmation that is available in CDMA also…but for that I should have my security deposit Rs.1000/- I asked how i will increased that need to go to any DOCOMO outlet and deposited the same. But got confirmation that the 899/- plan not available for CDMA only available in GSM. but they also called to customer care that got confirmation that that plan is available in CDMA also…. but they had not accepted the money to increase the security deposit…..

Again I called to CDMA customer care on 16th June 7:00 PM how i ll get the plan so they have assist me can deposited the amount through online from TATADOCOMO CDMA my account.

I had made a payment Rs.1000/- at 7:35 PM and got information that it will update within 2-4 hrs, but i checked 17th June’12 morning 10:00 AM same is not updated in my account.
After that I logged a ticket with Tata DOCOMO stating that my 1000rupee is not updated in my account they had logged a ticked and told that we will resolve the issue within 19th June3:35 PM.

I got a SMS that on 17th afternoon: We are tried to reach you to give the update about the ticket 313771137 but your no is not responded.
No one is called done not update till 19th… every day I called but getting the information that we are working on the same…we will update you…again the resolution time is increased to 22nd june’12 3:35 Pm…. but no result…. again I got information stating that SLA time is increased to 29th June’12 and again 1st July’12…

Here want to tell I have called to DOCOMO CC so many times…..but every time they have update din case we are tried to reach you to update the status but you are not responded…..
All are cheater… they are cheated me… they don’t have proper information who all are sitting in CC… need to educate them and also senior peoples are not coming to phone…they are kept me in hold long time…

Today we got information that the 899/- plan is not available in KRNATAKA after 1 month struggled and after make payment in 17th of June;12.

    Kindly be informed that as per our records we found that the number is disconnected on 27-Jun-2012 due to MNP portout and please be informed that complaint bearing number 315276215 you will receive your security amount on 5-Aug-2012
