I am Abhishek Agrawal, I have applied for Airtel digital tv and given payment online on 7th june of Rs 2690/- and received the confirmation id of payment (10201847), they promised me to install the digital tv connection within 24 to 48 hours, but till now I have not received any call from AIRTEL for installation , I am trying to call at customer care of AIRTEL digital tv , but after listening my name and number ,they are not giving any response, not even register my complaint .
I asked for my repayment but they are not giving and also one thing , they disconnected my phone many times when I call them. I really disappointed for their behavior. Plz do something for me.I want strict action against them .
