Name of company/service: AIRTEL Dish Tv
It has become 7 days today, that I have been promised of my new Multiroom Tv connection, for which I have already paid Rs 1190 on 14th June 2012.
AIRTEL service team has not yet called me for any connection people’s arrival.
Each and every day I am calling their customer care, nodal office, but they put me on long hold, give false statement, false promise, etc etc.
Majority of the time their line gets cut when they put me on long hold. They are also not communicating me any address to which I can directly go and tell my problems.
I am very very much tired now calling them and listening to false promises and waisting a lot of money as my mobile bill is getting high due to their long hold.
I want Consumer forum to look after this matter seriously and take action.
