House No: A47, Vkaspuri, housing boys studying in schools/colleges/universities is extorting money such as separately on drinking water and if anyone uses laptop for work. Rations drinking water and boys are living in such torturous condition. One Mr. D.Basu and his wife takes care of the paying guest. Mr.Basu bullies the boys and demands that nobody should be complaining to their families if they face any problem there. The boys have complained that they are being ill treated in many a manners with their basic amenities. Water supply in the bathroom is checked too and when asked for help he denies.
Please take this into concern as children from various parts of the country come to Delhi, to make their career living in those Paying Guests. There has to be security for them as well. He is charging Rs4,500 per child even on shared basis monthly, and then additional charges such as Rs.500 if anyone using laptop which is absolutely wrong.
There was no stamp paper on which registration of the inmates are done, but just on plain white sheet.
THE AUTHORITIES MUST PAY A VISIT AND LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS MR. D. BASU MIGHT BE DOING THIS BUSINESS ILLEGALLY.
