This is with respect to the profile that i created for my Sister with
Before registering i was getting calls everyday about 10-15 times for
registering myself with your company with promises of providing
personalised attention for searching the relatiions for my sister. Its been 1 month since i have registered and still i am not able to login to your site with the credentials provided. Everytime i call your excutive they
say the site is getting upgraded. Also as promised no personal executive is providing proper relations to look for.
Is this the way you treat your customers? If yes then i have to go to
consumer forum with a complaint against you and your company.
Please look into the matter else i have to adopt other way.
