I had ordered two tops in one order,
1. Item code 5900
2. Item code 5899.
About 4 days after the expected date of delivery, I got one of the products by Chhotu Courier. But the product that I had received was Item code 6238, which I had not ordered. I repeatedly made complaints to the customer care that firstly, I hadn’t got the second product, and next, that the one that I had received did not match with my order. After calling them repeatedly for X number of days, (because nothing was being done from their side to rectify the error; for 15-20 days they only said that the second product has been dispatched), they finally told me to send back the unmatched product at the warehouse myself by courier, the cost of which would be bared by the company if a courier slip was attached. They also said that they would immediately ship the second product that I had not received.
Now, I got Item no.5899 2-3 days back. Today I received the second courier for the replacement product. The packet contained the same product that I had sent back to them (Item code 6238) , that too without the repayment of the courier charges.
I am really frustrated by their service. I now want my money back from Yepme (Rs. 799 for Item 5900 which I never received + Rs 40 for the courier service + Rs 100 for the excessive money and time that I had to waste on the phone calls for placing repeated complaints). This makes a total of Rs. 939.
I request that something be done as soon as possible in this matter.
