With reference to several complaints made to customer service desk of AIRTEL against broadband connection, which has been fluctuating and the complete disconnection of the phone line, followed by erratic behaviour of technicians of AIRTEL and their customer care executive.
the phone no. is 0731-4239173, the last service request no.17042888 date 11.06.2012. we want the justice. the service provider always has been trying to fool the customer, wanted feedback whenever they spoke in rowdy manner. their technician came all drunk in the company premises.Their technician also misbehaved with the company employees and used the property of the company without informing the companys’ employees. Since our first complaint made on 25.06.2011 we have received the resolution from the state nodal agencies also.
