Name of company/service: HP India
CURRENT: Ref – CA 1099503. Lodged a complaint on 23Jun2011 it is 6 days and complaint is yet to be resolved. The HP service center do not have the parts to be replaced and their chennai center do not no when they will get the parts until then the issue will remain unresolved. TO cover up HP service center sent an engineer without the parts to look into the matter.
I purchased a branded PC so that i dont have to run after an engineer to service my PC otherwise i wuld have bot from a roadside vendor, i sense that there is no difference between HP and any XYZ Computers LTD.
PAST: I bot this said PC 04JAN2007 from HP Pavilion Showroom, Bombay-71. in Last 2 1/2 yrs following parts has been replaced. RAM 4 Times, MotherBoard, 3 Times, KeyBoard 3 Times, Mouse, 4 Times, DVD writer/player 1 Time.
I am unable to make out which is worst HP products or HP service i guess both of them are pathetic and unreliable.
