Dear Ford Authorities,
I am an Army Officer presently posted in Jaipur. I have a 2014 model Ford Ecosport vehicle (Regn No – PB 03 AH 9139) and recently I got my 50,000kms servicing done by KS Ford Sodala Jaipur in 1st week of Mar. I was not at all happy and satisfied with the Service I received from KS Ford. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed my gears giving me problem as they had become hard. This problem was not there in the vehicle while giving it for servicing. I immediately called back KS Ford and informed about this issue, as also sent mails & messages to Ford Customer Care. They collected the vehicle twice after that after repeated requests and took it to service centre, however returned it back both times WITHOUT rectifying the problem.
In fact KS Ford technician as well as their Service Manager Mr Vipul told me that there is no problem with the gear. This means that as a customer, I am raising an incorrect concern of gears being distinctly hard after its normal servicing done by KS Ford earlier this month. This is very unprofessional behaviour on part of Ford India Pvt Ltd. I also requested that if KS Ford is finding it not capable to rectify the issue – which has come up after servicing by them only, then I would request Ford India to send a team of more qualified technicians from their head office/main servicing plant – to rectify the issue. I sent number of complaint mails & messages to Ford on Email, Facebook and otherwise about the problem – but all have fallen to DEAF EARS. This is absolutely PATHETIC and POOR Customer Service from a reputed company like Ford.
In fact, now there is AC Problem also come in the Car (which also was reported during Servicing & which apperently KS Ford rectified – but AC has STOPPED WORKING again).
I have no other option but to raise it with highest officials of Ford India Pvt Ltd and in the Consumer Forum. Along side I would definitely spread the word around on Social Media – to people so that they think twice before BUYING A FORD VEHICLE.
