I had placed an order for resume writing with times jobs on 1.8.2012 and the order number is 1038190. I made the payment through my debit card fist and since there was a payment error shown in their website, I had also made one more order (order number 1038191) through my credit card. I encountered the same payment error problem, but understood from the banks that the amount was debited from both my cards. I have represented this problem to their customer service but in vain. Also, the site promises to deliver the resume in 24 hrs, but I’m yet to recive the resume nor anyone from times jobs have contacted me. The order status in their site still shows as “pending” and “payment not received”.
This morning I filed a complaint in “Grahak Seva”. In next few minutes, I received a call from the customer service of times jobs and said I have to wait for 72 hours to get a feedback. I was not fine with their reply, as they have debited the money twice and I’m still yet to get the product / Service. The website says that the product/Service would be delivered in 24 hrs. When asked for an explanation on why should I wait for 72 hours, I got a reply – “this is our process and you may do whatever you want”.
I was taken back with their answer and I never expected from times group.
Kindly help me in this regard.
