Me and my husband boarded the flight from dubai to delhi (SPICEJET) and 3 baggages were missing XH293675, XH293659,XH293658 . Spice jet customer care has given an assurance that will be receiving your baggage in 24 hours and delivery will done at home but nothing was done . I, Nisha contacted them on their helpline which took 45 mins to reach customer care and logged a complaint number 218408 and they were not a having a any answer for my complaint . On 4th nov I have received one baggage still two are missing . We are contacting them by our self and they are not having any answers. After calling again and again to customer care they gave me an answer that baggage have been delivered but they are in customs and 6th nov I have received a call from the courier to deliver the one bag and when delivery came my baggage was not in proper condition , lock was missing and it was packed again so I have refused to accept the same , when I have asked for second baggage they told it is in custom I have to collect it from the airport according to me there was nothing in that baggage which needs to be cleared by customs , Now I in doubt may someone put something in bag in these days like by other baggage locks was broke .
We have face hardship , harassment , inconvenience are we are entitled to be compensated .
We have spoken to airline staff Ms jaspreet sr. ex 5th nov date 8:30 pm -, Mr sadeep yadav Sr ex 5th nov 9:30 pm , Ms anjali 0n 4th nov, Mr Shivam sachdeva 6th nov 7:00 pm on helpline number 91800-180-3333.
