I bought one Hitachi 1.5 tons window AC recently. After one week suddenly it stopped working for no apparent reason (no power cut/fluctuation). I have blubird 3-step voltage stabilizer connected to AC. I registered a Complaint# 12071800352. Customer service representative told me that engineer will be there within 48 hours. Since 9 days, I have been talking to Hitachi service center/customer care. Everyday they tell me very confidently that it will be delivered today. I am tired of their lies & want to know where I can register a complaint against them & get a refund.
