I have a samsung AC 1.0 Ton bought in 2006. It has 5 yrs comprssor warranty. now my AC is not working for some reason. i have been calling to samsung customer servive since 28 May 2010. i haven’t got a single callback from their engineers. They promise 1 Hr callback & within 24 Hrs engineer visit. But its been more than a week from my first call & have not got a single callback. I have been calling them everyday for the same but not received any resolution. I have been going through sleepless nights because of non working of AC
