Name of company/service: Blackberry
I activated my net on 4th feb and it got decativated on 6th feb. i called them 20 times but they just gave me excuses. their behaviour was so pathetic.. whenever i used to call them, they cut my call or they ued to keep me on hold for 10 minutes. is this the way a customer should be treated?? i request you to please take some necessary actions and so that i get my money refunded.
