Hi,
I travelled by Air india from London to Mumbai. My baggage was lost. After few days Air india called me back saying some customer has taken my bag by mistake and has returned now. They did not deliver the bag to me so I had to collect my bag from there office in Pune. Earlier they said that my bag has the dirivng licence in it but when I collected it I found that it is not there. Now they are saying they can not do anything about my driving license.
