my name is lawrence my number is 044 43529467, i have filed a complaint for non receipt of bill 10days back no responce from airtel side.every day im calling and asking for a callback from superviser but no responce.one more said part is airtel does not have a quality agents in his call center which makes a big mess in customerservice.
in spit of my several complaints there is no responce from airtel due to this i would like to cancell my airtel net connection from immediate effect so suggest me how can i go head with cancellation since i dont want to pay this kind of bad service.
i have also planned to file a suite against airtel for the mental stress from airtel officers i have noted down all the agents and officer name and recored few calls from them as well for my record purpose and im planning to flash it to a media tv channel and daily paper aswell.
One finall request to all consumers ”PLZ DONT EVER USE AIRTEL PRODUCTS IT REALLY SUCKS”….NOVALUE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..
