Patehetic quality & Service from Symphony

I bought a Symphony winter air cooler from Guru Nanak traders on 31/3/12 in Ghaziabad. Since the day i have bought it, i am cursing myself for trusting a brand like Symphony. The very first day it was making a irritating noise but thankfully Mr.Surender the dealer of Symphony cooler considered it as a genuine problem & changed the piece next day itself. Within a month its water pump stopped working & it took a lot of calls & request from my side to get it changed. Now on 17/6/12, the ill fated cooler again started giving problems. Its swing fan stopped working & was again making a noise. I called the customer service & lodged my comlaint which is KME-18F12057. Their so called engineer came after 2 days that too only when i called the Area manager Mr.Singh of Symphony. He changed the Swing motor and said that the noise will come like that only but afer persuading him for long he told us that the fan has cot a crack hence it is making a noise & will cjange it after 2 days i.e on 21/6/12. But nothing has been done yet & when i called the service provider, Some Mr.Atul told me that they too are facing problems from Symphony. He told me that Symphony has not provided them the fans & will only be getting it after 5-6 days, hence he could not do anything. I had a word with Symphony’s Zonal Manager-Mr.Naresh, Area Manager-Mr.Singh & the Service Head-Mr.Anand, but they all are giving deaf ears to my problems & are unapologetic too as it is like a normal problem for them. When i am trying to contact them they are not answering my calls & are getting their phones on Switch off mode(Mr.Anand-Service head). I would like to get my cooler replaced with a new one as its only 3 months old & has already got its major components changed(Water pump, swing motor). They havent changed the fan yet. Please look into the matter as i am totally harassed by Symphony.
