Passport not received yet

Location/place: Parnapalle/Nandyal/Kurnool/Andhra Pradesh

Dear Sir,

Here I am getting to your notice that,

I applied fresh passport at 18-02-20111.But till now i did not got any update from your side.When I check in passport.gov.in,it showing police report not yet received.
When i enquired with the police officer who came for verification,he is always telling that soon it will come.Please let me know when can i expect passport?
