Worst experience of my life.
I have ordered fog lamps for my tata safari dicor from http://www.partsbigboss.in/. Now, these guys have happily taken the order on 3rd January since I have made online payment. Today it has been more than 15 days but no response from the company. The worst part was that I did not recieved any mail regarding accpetance of order till date but my order number was generated 100010246.

The painful experience starts….
1. Waiting for an email, daily checking my mail box.
2. Trying to reach customer care, but no satisfactory answer.
3. My money is locked with them.
4. Customer care number +91-8826226667 has stopped responding.
5. Mental harrasment as chasing these guys three times a day was a hell experience.
6. Seems the principels of the comapny partsBigBoss is “Once you recieve the money then no value of customer” .

I have serious doubts about this website now 🙁

Can anyone help me on how further actions can be taken.

    the same issue I m facing.
    I have returned the faulty part by India post from my own expenses.
    even though they are not responding
    this is a fraud website.
    Same issue I m facing
