I had dispatched shipment no- 7053653924 from National Brain Research Centre, Manesar, Gurgaon to
Yogesh, S/o Mr Udal Singh, JRF Hostel, Raksha Vihar, Opposite Capt Roop singh Stadium, Gwalior- 474002 (M.P.) on 25th july 2012.The parcel contained a set of children clothes and a rakhi and was packed in an envelope which was pasted and sealed with cello tape.
The envelope has been received in Gwalior on 27th july 2012 but the above mentioned items are not there in the envelope.
The clothes have been removed and some dirty rags have been filled inside it.
Also the envelope has been found to be stapled.
After repeated complaints to the company, the company is not willing to take the responsibility of this serious tampering, instead they are insisting that there hasn’t been any fault on their part.
