very poor and reticules delivery and customer service. I have ordered and still facing issues. After more than 2 months of placing order I have not received parcel yet. Don’t will they deliver the same or not. Every time I call to their customer service they told me parcel will reach within 48 hours and never send it. So my suggestion is to not order any thing from Indiatimes Shopping site other wise you face the same issue I am facing right now.
