Parcel not deivered

Name of company/service: M/s Fedex Express Transportation and supply chain services (India) Private Limited

Dear Sir,

I am Indresh Kumar Thapliyal working as SR. Manager. I had send a personal packet to the representative (Mr Sanjay) of M/s Fedex Express Transportation and supply chain services (India) Private Limited- Okhala,n New Delhi on 11.06.12. He did not gave the receipt also but told it will be given next day.

However, neither he came to give the receipt nor courier was delivered as on date. My packet was containing a cheque for Rs. 31.830/- which I addressed to Andhra bank., Pachim vihar, and hand over it to the representative of /s Fedex Express Transportation and supply chain services (India) Private Limited in good faith that it will reached very next day. I also informed my banker that a cheque has been forwarded to them which will be utilized for payment of Insurance premium due in this month to Kotak Mahindra.

When I made enquiry, it was informed by Mr Snajay C/o Mr Rahul Gupta that they have hold the parcel due to some dispute between their company and my company. I informed them they should not hold my personal courier as it contains financial instrument and cause delay in my payment to insurance premium. In the very outset, I understand after discussion with them that they want to utilize my parcel as base for solving their dispute which is a clear indication of blackmailing.

I requested them to take cash from me for this parcel and deliver but they don’t care. This will be causing me for non – payment of Insurance premium in time and ultimately a mantel harassment. For which I will be claiming separately.

I request your kind soliciting in this regard.
