Dear Sir,
My Parcel was dispatched on 22/05/2012 from kanpur to Parwanoo. but still i am waiting for my parcel.
I have already registered a complaint & complaint no is 302717 on 28/05/2012 but still no action taken by the company and their responce is very rude.
They are not going to pay my claim and says – Do what you can do but we are not going to pay your claim
so please help as soon as possible.
