Panasonic Cube A/C supplied with faulty compressor.

I purchased 2 Panasonic Cube AirConditioners from Ms/ Varindra’s AC House, Rajapuri Dwarka on Jan.05,2012. vide Invoice No. 2952. The ACs were not working from Day one.I put a complaint with the dealer, he sent the guy and told me that there is no gas in both the units. The gas was filled and test result was Ok. In the mid of may one of the units stopped working again. I called dealer he said put your complaint to company.Finally I lodged the complaint with the company on 1st June 2012.Two times the technicians came and told me that the compressor is not wirking and it will be replaced soon.I am still waiting for all these days for that soon to finish.It is already 18 days of formal complaint.
