My name is Sambhav Jain. I have purchased a maruti ertiga on 13/06/2012 from your Ludhiana delarship Swani Motors Services (p) ltd.. via invoice no. 6208-r3rdcd1
I was having a wonderful experience with my car and got it serviced on time from lovely autos, jalandar via invoice no. Bc12000608 dt. 23/06/2012.
My car’s windshield was cracked which I got replaced from maruti’s authorized dealer swami motors services via invoice no. Br12001134 dt. 3/07/2012. The jobcard no. Is jc12004966. This is were my ordeal started. The Swani motors used some hard acidic chemicals during fitting and servicing of my car. As a result my car’s paint is damaged in several areas and rust corrosion have emerged under the bonnet. First the dealership had admitted there mistake and reprinted the damaged bonnet area but when more damage is becoming visible they are refusing to fix the problem. Even after regular request no job card was generated for the reprint.
I have made many visits to the company dealership and I am being harassed by the dealership executives by complete denial of there wrong doing. Even On my regular request, I was not allowing to meet the dealership M.d Mr. Gagandeep Singh. The persons in my touch from dealership were

I am attaching the pics of my car and it is clearly evident and visible the use of acidic materials.
Please resolve my problem at the earliest and I hope I will not be pushed to take the matter further.
