Paid monthly bill in advance and unable to access internet.

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks

Hello,
We have taken services of Tikona for Internet Services and monthly bill of 1000 is paid in advance.
From last one week we are unable to reach internet and in this regard a complaint was registered with Tikona on 21th Nov through Customer Care.( 1-800-20-94276)
From that day I am calling them twice a day and in this regard they assigned a Technician to come at our flat.
Neither any technician came till now nor our problem is resolved.
Every time when I call to Customer Care they asks me to wait for a day and this is happening from one week.
I’ve gone through highly mental tension and many opportunities are missed due to inability to internet access.
Please take strong action against such company.
