I have activated 3g and it doesn’t work. The 3g signal is there but speed is not there. Tried calling customer care several times who raised a complaint to the backend team and that’s what they say every time I call. I called the customer service and asked me to do same steps I tried. No use. its seems they are waiting for my 3g validity to get over. Because already 15 days are over and rest 15 days are also go like this only. My Airtel mobile number is +9199958140559. I got the 950 3g plan with 6gb 3g data. Around 1gb I spend in 2G speed only. But why should I pay for 3G when I got 2G speed only. There is big difference in 3G and 2G plans. They have given me many complaint numbers :
Yet there is nothing resolved. I have lost my 950 IRS feel cheated.
