i m sushma, i was working in ats services pvt. ltd stated in mohan co-operative in south delhi.i was worked from 25 june 2010 to 13th april 2011(aprox. 9 months)after that i gave resigned due to medical reason.i gave that report in which the dr. said to rest& not take to work stress.so, that time i can’t serve my notice period of 15days.
Now they don’t allow to me to fill the provident fund form, also gave me notice that when i will pay the notice period money(6500rs,)then they allow me for p.f….sir/madam..my request is that my financial condition is so poor so i can’t pay that money.kindly gave notice to company from your side BEFORE 11TH JUNE to waived-off my notice period & allow to fill me the p.f.form..i shall be very thankful to you..
