OYO rooms is cheating with misleading information and sub standard properties

I booked 2 rooms for my familiy stay and I realised that i landed up in a slum with all dirty surrounding and a dog ties to the gate to welcome you. All dirty beds and no housekeeping services availabe. even we had to order tea from swiggy as nothing was avaialble. No proper chairs and vey insecure place to stay. No card payment No wifi no buckets even. Floor had 6 mm thickness of Dirt and bedsheets etc was not washed even.
Finally I could not stay there and had to check out in next 3-4 four hours as we had night travel hence immediately after food and team we decided to move out as sleeping there was has theft risk as well as health risk.
When I complaint I was told that we will refund 20% anyways I am fmoving through consumer court to ensure that they stop this misleading and cheating practices to increse their valuations on books with all sub standard OYO opening without quality check and causing pain to travellers like me.
