Over fluactute of electricity

Dear Sir,

This is reg. complain againt electricity dept. we are facing problem from last 3 montha nd i have lodged the complain so many times. problem is over fluctutae in elctricity and we got our TV, Fridge, cooler, tublight damaged.
the concernd dept is not caring about these thing so at last i compalining against them. it is now beyond the limit.
kindly do needfull step against them.
