We are purchased refrigerator model no RT28FCES1/CTL on the name of my son Mr. Manish Dattaram Surve, Mob No. 9619923337 through Vijay Sales, Dombivli, on 31.10.2011. On 26.12.2012 suddenly found that the cooling system of refrigerator not working. I informed the matter to Customer Service Executive on 27.12.2012. The Technician from Samsung authorised Dealer M/S Omkar Service Centre, Kalyan, attended the complaint and told us that the compressor is failed and it has to replace. Again he told us that the compressor you will get free of cost because it is under warranty for five years but you have to bear gas filling and service charges amounting Rs 1480 /- . I personally argue with him that if the compressor is under warranty and due to replacement of the compressor if gas is fill-up and no other parts of Refrigerator ( one year warranty ) failed/damage, why we should pay gas and service charge. He told us that it is a practice of our service centre. Sir, Refrigerator is essential at home, I told him okay, I will pay now but you have to give me proper invoice and customer report chart after repaired my refrigerator. Finally on 31.12.2012 repaired work of my refrigerator completed. The technician after completion of work give me Xerox copy of customer service report and receipt of Rs. 1480/- , but did not given me proper Invoice of sales of Gas & Service as on date. My request is :
1. If the Compressor is under warranty and subsequently due to replacement of Compressor if gas fill up, why the Customer should pay gas charges and service charges because no other problem other than Compressor failed in above mentioned Refrigerator.
2. I want proper Invoice from Omkar Service Centre of Sales of Gas & Service.
