outgoing stop even after paying bill

Location/place: amritsar

Name of company/service: airtel

i have payed last month bill (ph. no. 9417068507) by chq. no. 000008 of kotak mahindra bank of amount rs. 956/- which is cleared from my account.

but they have stopped my outgoing calls, i request them but they have not start, and call me two times a day to pay this bill again.
