Name of company/service: Airtel
Around one month back I changed my GSM network from AIRCEL TO AIRTEL thru MNP option. From the day first of migration to Airtel only Incoming service is activated even though I made a recharge of Rs: 222/- successfully. I have visited so many times to Airtel Office at Tolichowki, Hyderabad, A.P, & spoke to the concerned persons & even I lodged a complaint to the Customer care but they not yet started the outgoing service, every time I spoke to the customer care they told me that within 24 hours your problem will be resolved but Still I am unable to make outgoing calls.
Pls help me out….
