Dear sir,
I purchased a bsnl GSM sim card on 16th may 2012 No 09410576740 and after the service of one month my services are blocked on contacting the customer care i got information that my ID was not submitted after contacting retailer he says we have submitted the document on time, I have submitted all genuine documents and from last 10 days nobody is ready to help either BSNL customer care or Retailer
