I use aircel post paid number, I paid the bill for the month. After 2 days (after paying my
bill), my outgoing was blocked. I called customer care , they said that I had to pay unbilled
amount, I did not understand what that was when I asked, they said it was for net access.
My net access is free as I pay Rs.98 monthly. Then he said he’ll connect me to the supervisor and disconnected the call.
Then I called back and no one answered. My number is 9094777703. It has been 2 days since I’ve called but have no response.
