i have booked a refill on 23-05-2012 and the booking no is 3620 and the refill not received till today even after the 19 days of booking 20 days of gap for booking.Sir how can a family survive with this type of service.I have phoned the distributor but all in vainIi know that lateral bookings have been supplied the refills kindly pay attention towards the problem
