out going calls blocking and deduction of balance without any permission or notice

Name of company/service: reliance

we are not satisfied with the service provided by reliance communication as it blocking my out going service in interval of some period saying you have insufficient balance where my mobile have sufficient balance and the company now have tendency to deduct balance without any permission and start any service itself only.
