Out going Calls and sms

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a user of BSNL mobile from Tinsukia(Assam)would like to inform you that the services of BSNL connection is very poor in our Tinsukia town. It’s always seems that the out going calls and sms are barred this problem for a long hours. Many complaints were submitted against this but same problem is happening. Their mobile internet connection is also be found very slow and some time not work.

So, therefore I request you to please give a solution in this matter.
