Original Car insurance policy not given to me.

I am trying and now no one is picking up my call at kataria automobiles-ahemdabad.I have paid them money for car insurance they have done the insurance but not have sent the original copy of my car insurance.

I am being transfereed to mumbai from ahmedabad.
