I made an order with edigiworld.com, where i make an online purchase of KENSTAR BROWNIE G KTG02WSP sandwich maker and KENSTAR JAZZ KHJ50W2C hand blender both amounting Rs. 2673 and the order number is 200000213. The site display that the order will be placed within 5-7 business days and the order date was 04/11/2012. But till today the order was not placed and the payment had been made by online mode through credit card. I also send a mail to the company but no revert was done. While calling on customer care no: 0124-4993500/4993511/4993522 no response is available.
Kindly help me out.
