Order not delivered and cancelled the order without intimating customer

Hello,
The order no od110477624253324000 was booked on 14th oct 2017.
He supposed to be delivered till 17-oct-2017.
On 16th oct 2017 i got a call from ekart team stating that please keep your phone handy we are coming for delivery and also they asked is there any scratches and or damaged in phone i said no but there is minor crack on back panel (The back plastic panel). Upfront i discussed this issue on call and delivery boy has refused for pickup and delivery. He not even attempted for pickup.

I approached flipkart for this issue many times. But their approached is not customer centric. Now they are saying we will cancel your order and asking for re order the same product under without exchange.
I had a word with delivery boy he said it’s a minor crack, change the back panel we will accept the phone.

But, i don’t think so whether they are going to accept or not.
I never seen such type of service.
I think just they are fooling customer with this big discount scheme and using customer money for their benefit.

As i spoke with the customer service representative and delivery boy, if i changed the back panel then it will be alright for exchanged.

So, i will be replacing back panel.. Kindly reschedule the delivery tomorrow.

How your wish master can say that it’s a different product or damaged product even he had not came to my home.

Do you people understand or not i sent you the photographs of my phone there is only minor dent on plastic have you seen that, again and again same thing is happening.

I think you people are irresponsible. You people are saying different things on call and something else on email.

Some one call me from social media escalation desk and told me it’s a minor dent on plastic it would not be an issue with exchange.

Now it’s changed to damaged product. Please stick on your word.
