Order not Delivered and Refund not given by company even after pro

I requested for flower and cake delivery through this website gifts to world.com.?I received confirmation mail also that delivery will be made on 29 may 12 but the same was not after following up for the entire day.then i was told that i will be given refund of my amount Rs 2021 but i have still not received the same.request you to kindly take strict action against such cheater companies and help me get my money.

I wish to cancel my below order and get refund of my money as my order has not been delivered.your service is really pathetic.i made payment using my hdfc credit card and want the refund in same ac as soon as possible else I will have to escalate the same to Consumer Forum.
